After suggesting the facilities inside I was informed the cashier refused the mother access to the restroom for her toddler. absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed denying a child something so simple. I couldn’t even enter the store and won’t again.

It wasn't very appealing to look at but it was sturdy to me and it looked like someone who had kids owned it. And somehow it was still intact. I scraped off the paint from the table and repainted it with wood stain and poly. And I scuffed up the chairs and reupholstered the seats. It took a while for me to complete, but I enjoyed the process and I learned so much. I'm really happy with the finished product.

No where on the site describing the service do they disclose that they cannot move furniture that is not on ground level. We did not find out until they arrived at the apartment to take the items and were informed they could not move anything up or down stairs. Had that been included in the information for the service we could have made alternative arrangements, but we relied on their assurances on their site in our planning to have an apartment cleared at the end of a least and are now in a very difficult situation of having to rent a truck or service with less than a days notice.
