I've been here 3 times. Never disappointed. It is just chaos to drive there(downtown Seattle), hard to find a paid parking slot on the street, or you can go to the mall parking garage(also paid parking). They offer variety of meat. The broth taste so good, the meat is tender. Seafood is fresh. Everything is nicely display. The server was very friendly with help from the robot. They also give you apron and hair tie. Overall, highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time having hot pot. It is in the 3rd floor of the Pacific Place mall. It was a bit chaotic in here, and hard to hear. The options available to us were confusing - a la carte as well as buffet, paper vs ipad. The server tried to explain it to us but we messed up our first order. It was not intuitive. We had the pork bone broth and the Szechuan broth. The Szechuan was Very spicy. Good for the meat - too much for the veggies. The Wagyu was incredibly tender, as was the pork belly. Both are recommended. There were signs for the sauce station on recommended sauces - we didn't see those at first. This place used a little helper robot very effectively. That was cool.

All you can eat option here is really good deal. The food was excellent quality. The meat cuts were great. The veggies were fresh. The sauce bar has many options and appetizers, they even have instructions to make the best sauce combos. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and accommodated us as a group of 9 people. For parking, use the mall's parking garage, it's paid, but very convenient.

This is an amazing hot pot experience! The service is top-notch -- friendly, attentive, and super efficient. The best hotpot experience I've ever had. Very big spacious clean restaurant. Clean modern vibe. We got the all you can eat lunch. The server Alen- provided exceptional service including hair ties for long hair, disposable apron, hand wipes, and lens wipes. Sauce and dessert bar has a pretty wide variety of sauce mix to your own sauce. Some salad available as well. Our hotpot order came with two base (mala and tomato) and two hot water. All you can eat hot pot was very delicious. Best tomato broth I've ever had at hot pot. Malal is actually "Asian" level spicey and recommend to taste it before commiting if your spice level is low. I mixed mala and tomato base in my own bowl to have tomato broth with a bit of kick. We also used water section to add rice and some toppings from salad bar and egg to make our own congee. We used the secret code "Your soup base is really delicious" and got tomato base soup. We were surprised at how big the soup base packet was as we expected a little sample size. I also noticed some staff carrying red paper bags and asked what that was. They gave us a little snack bags. Their restroom has bidet with heated seat, mouth wash, qtips, more hair ties, and disposable eye shadow applicator to fix your makeup. Strongly recommend haidilao for hotpot!
