This is a nice little library tucked away off of Convict Hill Road. It is small so the selection is a bit limited, but with an Austin library card you can order online for pickup or turn things in here, it's all part of the same Austin library network. Onsite there's a selection of dvds, CDs, and audiobooks to choose from, you can use the computers for internet access or sit inside the quiet room to focus. I was glad to see plenty of international and foreign language movies available. There's also a foreign language children's book section with primarily Chinese language books, but also some in French, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they fully explained the benefits of the library card they issued to me, most impressive of which was access to the virtual library that can be accessed from your home computer. Parking is pretty adequate but there aren't too many shaded spots, unfortunate during this summer weather. I highly recommend stopping in, and if you're a local at least getting a library card if you don't already have one.
