When we went in a little before 3pm last Sunday, it was empty, but it suddenly got busy after 3pm. There were only 2 chairs for indoor seating, so customers were eating outside. The gentleman with curly blond hair was friendly. I got the 4 scoop flight: vanilla, taro, pistachio, and butter pecan. Their ice cream was very creamy like gelato. 4 scoop flight was definitely good value for the price. The place seemed clean but there was a fly, which is why I didn't give Handel's 5 stars.
