I originally took it to Salt Lake e-bikes, paid $35 and left with no clear diagnosis. I then took it to Happy E-bikes. The David owner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Because of his help and diagnosis, the online company has a new motor on the way and David said they would be happy to switch it out for me once it arrives. Happy E-bikes went above and beyond on all levels!
