Love love love Fairview Disc Golf! My husband & I play here several times a week, and this course never disappoints! Very well laid out 9 holes (with two colored baskets so you can play 18 too!), nice concrete tee-pads, and well maintained grass. You cannot beat the view of the flat irons either! Can be a bit busy at times since tags play here on certain afternoons/nights, but mostly low-key, especially in mornings or early afternoons. You will not be disappointed by playing this disc golf course, and will be delighted by the beautiful backdrop as you hit those chains :) We play Valmont disc golf a lot as well, but Fairview will always have my heart as the best disc golf course in Boulder!

This was an unexpected find near Viele Lake. It is also called Harlow Platts disc golf course, as it's best to park at the Harlow Platts rec center. It's set up for 2 baskets per hole (except #1 has a 3rd blue basket), red is easier than gold. There is a course map near the 1st tee, which is off the corner of the pickle ball courts. There are enough trees to challenge you at times. Some are tricky enough to catch and hold a disc way up there. #1 is near the courts and building. #6's red basket may catch your tee shot if you're going for yellow! As many mention, there can be a good bit of goose poop to sully your discs, but there is less in the winter. Hand sanitizer may have an extra use here. Cool flowers in the shade near #5's basket. The course is pretty popular, there was a line to start. There are also safari holes like #1 to the practice basket out right and uphill. Students from the middle school and high school can add to course hazards. This spot can be exposed to gusty winds.

Short 9-hole course. Tee offs are nicely numbered and baskets point in direction of next tee off. Beautiful mountain background. There is also a nice lake to catch bass fish.

Pretty, wide-open 9 target disc golf course in a park with a lake, playground and tennis courts. The targets are new. Each "hole" has a red (easier) and yellow target. The course is popular, but never feels crowded. There are harmless-looking snakes in the marshy areas.
