Heartland hospice has provided my mother with very good nurses, a very compassionate social worker, Patti, and very caring and effective Massage therapist Diana. We have learned to know the home aide, Susie, best of all, because of her regular visits. She is professional, very understanding of the needs of her patient, works well with Mom's caregivers and she is punctual, and flexible. The reception staff at Heartland have worked hard to communicate well even under difficult circumstances when their office was closed.

Heartland Hospice has been so good to my mother and to me. Nurse Maxine and aide Sue have been very attentive to all of mom’s needs and make sure that all medications, supplies, and equipment are at my fingertips when I need them. And they’re always just a phone call away. Thank you Maxine and Sue!
