Tried to rent a carpet cleaner. Called ahead to make sure the service desk was open. Manager told me it was and I said I’d be right over. Got there and learned it doesn’t open till noon on Sundays. Manager said she told me she didn’t know the hours. Huh? Not true and how does a manager not know the hours of the service desk? No one willing to help me out and went over to Home Depot, where I should have gone in the first place.
