One of Denver's best crystal and metaphysical shops, located right on Colfax. Their gemstone selection is fantastic - large and small pieces with decent prices. You can find so many little treasures here, it's a fun shop to visit. Books, candles, herbs, and cards, plus a variety of new age items. They have a full apothecary if you're looking for something out of the ordinary. Locally made incense. Staff are friendly. I was greeted when I entered and later on asked if I needed help finding anything. They also let me know about the class schedule available on their website. The store generally feels inclusive and safe for counter culture creatures.

Let me first say, this would be a great place to put together a bomb gift for someone! They have a ton of different options, ranging from crystals, to books, to teas and herbs, to candles, etc. however, for me, I didn't quite vibe here like I've done at other Apothecary's. So with that said, you might totally love it or not. I feel this place is really one way or the other, it's hard to stay in between. I did find a couple of teas to try and I quite enjoyed the variety of candles, but overall, it sadly isn't a place for me, so to make this more accurate, I would give it 2.5 stars. Parking: there is free off-street parking, as well as a small lot behind the building.

Herbs and Arts is a delightful metaphysical shop on East Colfax in Denver that carries a wide array of herbs and oils, educational materials, anything you might need for spell work, tarot decks, a large variety of crystals and stones, and other fun things. The staff’s knowledge of all things magickal is outstanding, providing advice for clients when asked. I cannot recommend this shop enough! It’s a wonderful part of our community.

I have been going to this store for years and truly loved it. However, since the new owners have taken over the energy is completely off. They brought new products in but there is a strong vibe of racism there. They only have Caucasian colored body candles and when I brought it to their attention I brushed off. I once spent $500 in there and felt completely taken advantage of. There are NO people of color working there and previously it was very diverse. Further, mostly everything but the candles you can find on Amazon for cheaper. After I left today I went to Plant Magic Cafe and it was totally different vibe. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I’ll still go there for candles but my goal will Always be to spend as little as possible there. Money is energy and quite honestly they don’t deserve my good energy. I recommend that the owners recognize that this place was a pillar in the community and is sadly not that. Others I have taken there after new ownership have felt the energetic shift as well.
