The older lady that did these nails was horrible and took forever. We begged her to clean the old nail polish off and she left the black all under her nails saying it was âtoo strongâ to get off when thatâs her literal job, we even offered to pay more just so it would be cleaner. It was so messy the pictures speak for themselves, we couldâve done a better job without paying over 50 dollars. When we complained the manager was completely unhelpful and rude and denied how bad they look trying to make up excuses and didnât care. She would only reimburse half of the service and she wrote down our debit card number saying she will âcall tomorrow â to have us refunded which is very shady and suspicious. Overall horrible customer service and skill and that old lady just needs to be fired because other workers there like May are very good.

I just had the worst experience of my life. I had a pedicure appointment ( that it was awesome) but unfortunately I also had a gel manicure service that it was terrible. The quality of the service it was awful. My nails looked like a one month growing up nail. My cuticles were 90% still on my fingers and the color started almost in the middle of the finger. And besides that, the color was super thick. I will be traveling tomorrow and I thought I was going to have a good nails for my trip but it was so bad that went back and asked to be removed from my finger and now Iâll do by myself at home. Itâs a place that I wonât recommend and wonât be going back. It wasnât worth almost $40 for this kind of service.

I like simple, clean dip manicures and no one and San Diego does it better as far as I know! I stumbled in here randomly one day when I was in the area, and now make it a point to come back. Iâve had a different technician every time and have been happy with all of them.

Lyhn does a fantastic job with my acrylic nails, and Lee gives an amazing pedicure. That said, all of their technicians are highly skilled and do excellent work. The shop is spotless and well-maintained. Iâve been a loyal customer for three years and plan to keep coming back for many more!
