First time eating here. I have always wanted to try Hibachi 88 . Lived here for decades and never tried it until now. I’ve found my new place for fast Hibachi. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Big portions for the money. I would definitely recommend this place. I had the Chicken Hibachi with 2 Spring Rolls. My husband had Honey Sesame Chicken and absolutely loved it. Pic is of my Hibachi Chicki with white sauce (that’s amazing too) on top .

I will say that I can be a bit of a Hibachi snob, as it's one of my favorite foods, so I was a bit hesitant about eating hibachi that isn't cooked directly in front of me. This is the first time that I've ordered take-out for hibachi buuuuuut it was excellent!! I ordered the Shrimp and Steak and it was delicious! The pre-packaged yum-yum and ginger sauces (they standardly provide 2 yy and 1 ginger) were also unexpectedly amazing and they complimented the meal perfectly. The portions were also generous, as they completely covered my to go box. I will DEFINITELY be revisiting this hidden gem the next time I had to Raleigh! I've found a new favorite!

I went in to get a doordash order. The African American guy was so unprofessional. He was sweating wiping his face and not one time did he wash his hands. Handling people food sweat falling off his face in people food. Then got a nerve to be rude... wearing sandals and dirty sweatpants.

Food was fresh and hot! Our family tried the hibachi shrimp with fried rice and vegetables. Tasted great by itself but the white sauce took it to another level. Will definitely return to try the chicken and steak entrees.
