Nail tech was really nice however nails were filed down unevenly, disappointing because they’re my natural nails. A little messy on the sides as well. Edit: they fixed my nails perfectly! I was going to modify this review to reflect the prompt service I received , however they asked me at the end of fixing my nails, to take the review down. This is highly unprofessional, and shows the lack of initial quality control. Additionally, front desk was very unempathetic to my concerns when I showed them the lifting on my nails.

Got an acrylic set and a pedicure, acrylic set was great but my pedicure was horrible, I got a basic pedicure with normal polish funny bunny a popular color. 1. The pedicure was mid not much but I thought okay it’s the basic I can’t complain. 2. Pedicure is finished and everything looks fine I am just in my seat waiting for the tech to finish my nails about an hour passes nails are done and the tech that did my toes (different from the one doing my acrylics) comes and places my crocs on me. I pay and leave, I get to my car to take a photo and the paint is allergy messed up. Horrible quality
