Started at Highland Yoga a few years ago through a friend and then paused for a while. Came back and have enjoyed every class. The studio is always clean; they wipe and sanitize the floors between classes. Plus, I love that it's always hot yoga with varied classes available so if i'm not feeling a power flow, I can catch a vin+yin or a slow and steady flow. Would recommend to my friends :)

So far I’ve attended 3 classes at Highland Yoga, and I am so happy with my experiences. I love that they have a variety of yoga classes at different speeds with different instructors, so I can always attend a class that fits my needs for that day. Both my body and mind feel so good every time I leave. I’m currently on an unlimited first month package for $30, and I will definitely be signing up for a full membership!

I’m fairly new to Highland Yoga, but I’m already loving it! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the instructors I’ve had so far have been incredible. It’s a smaller studio, which I like. I even brought a friend, and she loved it so much that she got a membership too! My favorite instructor is Lisa—her classes are well thought out, intentional, and always leave me feeling refreshed but also challenged. But I have truly loved all the instructors that I’ve had!!!! I’m so glad I found this studio!

Great 30 day deal . I never experienced yoga before but having a month to slowly slide into the practice to see where you are at I’ve really appreciated the experience and time to find classes I like. Every class I think “oh that’s my new favorite instructor” and then the next class I feel the same way about that instructor. They have a very balanced team and now I have lots of favorite instructors! 😂

I have been going to this studio for years!I love the openness of this particular studio. They recently added a new style of class. It is a sculpt class with weights. My arms are still sore from Caron’s class two days ago. All the instructors have different styles. They are all very friendly and nice. I love going to this studio. Also, it’s very difficult to find this type of yoga anywhere else!
