I attended a yoga class with Bianca as part of the free Community Yoga Event Week, and it was everything I needed. The space itself was calming and peaceful, which instantly put me at ease. Bianca was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming—she created such a safe and inviting environment for everyone in the class. The flow was beautifully paced, and the timing was just right. I left the class feeling relaxed, grounded, and refreshed. Highly recommend attending a session with her if you’re looking for a soulful, supportive yoga experience!

My wife and I had an incredible yoga experience today that left us feeling both grounded and refreshed. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and a calming, clean atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a peaceful session. Although we brought our own mats, the instructor thoughtfully provided plenty of mats, blocks, and accessories for everyone. She took time to ask if anyone had injuries or concerns, and after I mentioned my previous Achilles injury and occasional balance issues, she was proactive in offering thoughtful modifications throughout the class that made the practice accessible and enjoyable. Her guidance was gentle yet intentional, and we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. We would absolutely come again.

Took a class with Bianca after not practicing yoga for a year and not only did she make me feel comfortable, but her knowledge made the experience flow smoothly. Her soothing voice paired perfectly with the calming ambiance of the studio itself. I enjoyed my class and look to return soon!

I had a restorative yoga class with Bianca on Sunday and I'm *still* feeling lighter and ready to take on the stressful work week a whole 3 days later! If you're curious about the space: great locale, plenty of parking, and a beautiful space within. They had plenty of mats and props for the newbies like myself. As for the class it was perfectly paced and I felt well supported as I moved into the different poses - both by the instructor and with the props that I had access to. I work a pretty stressful tech job on top of the stressful demands of parenting so I really wanted to carve some time to do something for myself, but something that would really "feed" me, too. Who knew yoga could really get you together that like (maybe everyone but me? 😆)? This was the best decision I've made in a long time and I'm very much looking forward to joining more of their classes.

I just attended a Vinyasa Flow/Yin yoga session with Bianca. It was a very relaxing class and a great stretch. She gently guided us through each flow giving variations for those who needed it. Perfect way to start my Sunday and week.
