Well I really really came in for just a large coupler for my piping tips and I got all of this other stuff. Jumbo muffin pan 3.99 half price. Jumbo muffin cupcakes a $1.50. cookie cutter .62 cent. A donut cutter$1.50. 8.75. pretty much everything is usually 50% off during bakery. The original prices for all of these all together. $16.46. so basically half price for everything I got. . At least two little pamphlets that has ideas for baking.

I’m not a customer to argue over specials going on around the store, BUT when a promotional sign is left up and it’s telling me I’ll get my yarn for 30% off, then that’s what I expect at the register. At the register the store associate said no, there is no 30% off. So my sister went to take a picture of the sign and by the time she was back, I’m assuming the lead? Was at the register with a terrible attitude. When my sister wanted to show them the picture, the lead, rudely told the associate to not look at our picture over and over. No apology or anything. I worked retail for over 10 years. And I’ve left behind promotional signage and I honored the promotion for any customer that saw it. Of course I removed it after, but I was not going to fight with the customer over a store mistake. Do better Hobby Lobby.

There was a small human error—the hanging wire was accidentally left off—and I needed the piece by a specific date. When I called to explain the situation, I spoke with the Store Manager, Robert, who went out of his way to make things right. I mentioned that I had my tired 21-month-old child with me, and Robert didn’t hesitate to offer extra help. He met me at the curb to unload the piece, allowing me to take care of my son while they quickly fixed the issue. After I left to feed my son, I returned to find Robert waiting in the parking lot to assist with reloading it into my car. Fixing the wiring was already great customer service, but Robert’s curbside assistance truly went above and beyond. Special thanks to Rowena in the framing department for the speedy wiring job, too! Because of their kindness and attention to detail, I’ll definitely be a repeat framing customer.
