BEWARE! I can not overstate the comedy of errors during our horrible experience with this company. For context, I have never left a google review before, but felt compelled to do so in order to help others avoid a similar experience. We ordered what we hoped would be a set of 50 customized wedding invitations. After a two month lead time, we finally received the order only to find that some were misprinted with the wrong names (e.g. the name “Gregory Doe” was printed as “egory Doe”). Unfortunately, the mistakes could not be reprinted in time for our wedding, presumably because this company outsources its production to a third party. Even worse, the company first tried to blame us for the misprints, until we proved it was their fault by referring back to the guest list that we spent hours meticulously formatting for them so that it could fit the ordering system. After finally admitting the misprinting was their mistake, their solution was to provide hand-written replacements which did not match the other invitations, and they not-so-generously offered to give us a $10 refund on our order. To add insult to injury, they charged my fiancé an extra $1,000 on her credit card and argued her into tears until she provided proof of the overcharges, which she did and which they ultimately acknowledged. I tried to look up the owners to provide them feedback on the employees that worked with my fiancé on this project. It seems who she worked with was the owner , who I also noticed gave the company a five star google review. I would highly recommend finding an alternative to this company, particularly if you have custom projects or even just prefer to support a business that treats its customers fairly.
