⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience — almost perfect! We had an amazing time at Hole in the Wall FiDi. From the moment we walked in, everything was on point — warm and attentive service, a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, and most importantly, incredible food. Every dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The coffee was also excellent — rich, smooth, and expertly made. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the menu and the overall experience. This place stands out in a crowded city full of brunch spots. The only thing that felt out of place was the sparkling water. At $9, it came in a cheap-looking plastic bottle that really didn’t match the otherwise high-quality vibe of the restaurant. It would be great to see that swapped out for San Pellegrino, Perrier, or another brand that reflects the same level of care shown in everything else. That said, it’s a small detail in what was an otherwise stellar visit. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll just stick to tap water next time if the bottle hasn’t changed. 😉 Highly recommend!

Nice restaurant! I thought it was a bit pricey. However both food and service were excellent! We were also a big group, so that probably makes a difference. I found really cool their QR code option to split the bill, and each party pay for their own food/drinks. Thought that was innovative and the bar was beautifully decorated. Loved the Pork Benedict! I definitely recommend them for both food & service!

Excellent service, very attentive for dietary restrictions and efficient. The green smoothie and golden oat milk latte were nice. Food was overall decent just a bit salty. The mushroom toast would've been nice to have a mix of mushrooms instead of just cremni.

I had a Meatball Sando, it was good. The service got three stars because the waitress passed me several times without saying anything. I had to call them over to the table to get service. Other than that, it’s a nice atmosphere to eat & chat/ work on your laptop.

Our post holi celebrations led us here and we were happy that not only were we accepted by their friendly staff, but also seated within 20-mins for a table of six! Food-wise, we got a few things which included a Wild Mushroom Toast ($19), and a HITW Power Bowl ($19) - both of which were pretty good. I also got a coffee which wasn't warm and wasn't good at all. Noise levels were on the lower end, and service was pretty quick. Food arrived within 10-mins of placing our order! Perfect place for a quick bite.
