First time here and oh my goodness, so much to see!! Some really beautiful pieces. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was great and helpful! I didn’t get everyone’s name but David and the other two gentleman were so pleasant and informative. I ended up with two pieces. The one pictured is for my 13 y/o granddaughter. She’s in love with it! I will be going back for sure!!

Amazing customer service! I walk in this store just to see what unique items, jewelry and furniture they may carry that day! I bought my couch here that I got to try out and loved it! They have some third-party vendors that make delivery easy! Everything in here is in phenomenal condition. Please continue carrying these standards through. :)

Good customer service in store, kind of pushy but very nice and helpful. Horrible prices, they wanted 2x markup + delivery costs vs. what I can order myself online with free delivery for the exact same item. Not worth a visit unless you're just looking for ideas or want to try out some brands before you order online.

We’ve been coming to both of these stores at this location and the Galleria for a few years when we have projects. The service at the other store is far superior to this one. Having said that there are some really good sales people at this location, but I was really Surprised by the behavior of Management when I drove there one person after having had a difficult time locating a truck at HD, was made to wait at least 20 minutes before they started to approach the idea of loading the van with the furniture. The lighting is quite poor in the store and the off-white sectional was soiled lightly in multiple spots and because it was crammed between many other furniture pieces as they were bursting at the seams with inventory, I did not get to see all the way around, but in the light of day outside, as it was being transported with my help into the van.. I noticed some of these and aspirin an additional percentage off. Denial, denial denial. No consideration for the fact that the furniture was crammed in between multiple pieces surrounded entirely by furniture, and unable to be moved so that all aspects could be viewed not to mention the poor Lighting … will not shop back here again

Pros: Place had some good options that I liked with fair prices. Nice people that welcome you to the store. Cons: no shipping, you will have to either partner with 3rd party shipping or pick up your items yourself.
