The teachers and the space at homebody are amazing! When I started at homebody I had never done yoga before and now I go all the time and feel amazing after every class. As a beginner, the space feels very comfortable and approachable. I really love the flows and the teachers are amazing at providing modifications and adjustments so you get the most out of the class. After my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis 12 years ago and dealing with mobility issues for the 2 1/2 years that followed, I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted to put myself through the work of rebuilding what my body could do. I love practicing here. There are tons of great teachers, the room isn’t too hot but it’s plenty to get your sweat going, no mirrors which im a fan of, and the shower/changing rooms are always clean.
