My son bought a lot of cool stuff to furnish his home, which is very good. 5 stars for his experience. However, I was very disappointed with my purchase of a coffee wood chew toy for my dog. Specifically said NO SPLINTERING on the package. Within MINUTES, it splintered. I actually got a splinter taking it away from him. Sure hope he didn’t get splinters in his throat or stomach. These should be taking off the shelf.

Great staff but managers must not be paying any attention to stocking quality. Things randomly shoved into overpacked shelves, utter chaos. One could remove a product and the whole stack come crashing down. This sort of stocking is similar to a messy Goodwill store. Again, the staff are awesome, courteous and friendly, and earned 3 stars for the store.

Love Home Goods, found everything I wanted one my first trip. I went back the next day to purchase a recliner I saw the day before the comfort and price were better than local and on-line shopping earlier in the day. My only issue was that I could not find an associate on the floor to take the recliner to the register for me (I'm 70-years old with spinal arthritis) so had I had to wait in a long line to have a register associate make an announcement for someone to meet me in the Chair Dept. Thankfully they gave me the business card for the person who delivers to homes, had my recliner the next morning and I am loving it!

Nice place to get things that you need and things you don't need. The customer service was alright, but then again it was a Saturday so it's understandable, but the one lady who did help, she was nice enough to stop and help me out. There's always a good selection of things so that's a plus.
