Called asking to see if they had a certain item on the floor. Lady kept telling me I needed a serial number for an item I am seeking. It is not that hard to look an item up on Google to see what a crystal tower is. She took about 30 seconds and came back and said there isn’t any. Lots of attitude. Definitely not taking the time to travel to this location

Every time going to this location, I always find unique/beautiful items. Went to find a chest for the living room, one of the guys was so helpful and explained the process of getting the item and picking it up later that day.

I’ve unfortunately consistently had several poor experiences with staff rudeness here over the last year (to the point where I avoid this specific location unless I absolutely need to go). The furniture prices have skyrocketed while quality has stayed the same. I’d personally recommend somewhere like the CB outlet or West Elm outlet instead if you’re looking to spend $$ on furniture - the experiences there are always top notch & employees are much more helpful/kind. 3 stars because the wide selection at Homegoods is still unmatched though. I echo what others have said about the cell service issues - this store is not on street level and phones have trouble working!
