Such a great restaurant in the Glendale neighborhood. I absolutely love coming here during lunch to get a cheeseburger or grilled cheese. I ordered the jalapeño burger and it was so good. It was the right amount of spicy. Also the staff here is so kind and always greet you with a smile.

This place is great! Staff is incredibly friendly and love the theme of the firehouse. The fried pickles have the perfect amount of minimal breading, cut thin and crispy. The burgers bun is a true hero, one of the best I've had here in SLC. The burger itself was ok, a little well done, a little thin, maybe I missed the double option but there's always a next time. The indoor seating is incredibly limited so I would recommend a carry out order during the cold months and patio seating looks like it would be nice during warmer months.

Hook & Ladder Co has an amazing ambiance—it looks fantastic at first sight and really draws you in. I tried the fish and chips, and while the chips were awesome, the fish could be better. That said, it’s understandable since fresh fish isn’t readily available in Utah. Overall, the atmosphere makes it worth a visit!
