Really cozy hookah lounge with exceptional service! The owner along with service staff are very kind and lead with service! The cake and tea was exceptional, plus the hookah was perfect! I simply had to ask for something Berry/fruity with ice and it came out in a Russian MAKLAUD hookah packed perfectly! 💨 Highly recommend this place! Also plenty of parking and an outdoor patio that’s covered! 🔥 Another huge plus is that the music isn’t blasting and you can actually hear yourself think and talk without having to yell! 😃

The management does not teach their employees to give complete information and puts their guests in an awkward position. I am very upset by the manager’s arrogant attitude. In particular, I would like them to be adequate with guests in such situations and not raise their tone when you just ask them to explain why the bill came out at $500 for 8 people with one hookah and couple drinks . as it turned out, they took extra from each guest $20, and also shortchanged the number of songs and extra from each song $5. In any case, sad costumer service. Karaoke was good and hookah was good,but please for the next time don’t try to blame your costumers,even they don’t know rules of your prices!
