I went for the first time to this studio today as a sweat everywhere member. I’m very lucky to have an amazing studio in Florida (shout out to winter garden!) so I had high expectations. I went at 9 and had no problem getting in and finding my sauna. The equipment was nice, especially the cycling bikes. After my workout, I went to wipe my equipment down and checked every trash for a wipe. I couldn’t find any. I saw spray but no towels to use to wipe anything. Online it says it would be staffed at 9 so I looked around for anyone working. When I left at 9:30, there still wasn’t an employee present. I just wanted to let them know I couldn’t clean my equipment so it could be cleaned before anyone else uses it. The overall feel of the studio was a little sad, but I was still able to get my workout in.

The owner, John Whitley, has clearly given up on this studio. For weeks the place has been dirty, there are no cleaning wipes or paper towels to clean up after yourselves, there have been no staff members to do any upkeep and they just posted a sign that the studio will be completely unstaffed starting July 19. This brings up major health and safety concerns since no one will be there to check the equipment or do any sort of cleaning. I’ve reached out to the owner and he doesn’t respond. People who want to cancel their membership are stuck because there’s no one to help them. This place was great when I first joined, but it has completely gone down hill. Also, no shade to the last remaining employee, she has been super helpful and was actually able to get my membership canceled.

This place is falling apart. The owner has been trying to sell for months and in the meantime he has given up on the place. There are no wipes to clean the machines, the bathrooms are dirty and the sink has has beard hair in it, the sauna floors have not been cleaned in weeks, no one is checking the equipment for safety, and all the staff has been fired or left. If you haven't already canceled your membership you will not be able to. The owner will not respond to any messages or emails and there is no longer staff to help you. With no staff and no one to care for the place/equipment I cannot imagine it's even legal to remain open.

I cannot say enough good things! To start, Kat is fantastic, helpful, and always super positive! She legit cares about you as a person and is always asking what else she can do to improve our experience. The fact that HotWorx is open 24 hours helps my very chaotic schedule. The facility is always clean and shows people care about this place. On a personal level, this program has helped my back and hips heal in a way I can't describe. I had a running injury from years ago that I never took care of. Chiropractors and massages were not working. The yoga and sauna has helped me get back into consistent running again.

Love this place. Always clean and friendly staff. So many choices for workout type. Also great for any level. Each sauna is only max three people so if you want to workout alone and modify to your ability no one will know! Takes a lot of judgment out of the equation for first timers!
