Mota Thai Yoga is "THE" place to go for a beautiful and unique holistic yoga experience. Luiz and his professional staff are very kind, highly trained and certified to help guide you on your own personal journey with yoga. As soon as you walk in the door, Yael will make you feel at home! It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or at Instructor level, you will feel safe and at ease here. I love the "low lights", non-competitive environment, Silks and Restorative yoga class offerings, massage offering, and great location (with free parking). Most importantly though, these are very good people here. They care about you as a "whole" person. Mota Thai Yoga is the best! You will love it!

Nice studio with friendly staff. The studio has plenty of parking and it's situated nicely near downtown. They also host other self-care events, so be on the lookout for those events as well.

I have taken classes with Dani G for a couple of months and LOVE it! Silks Yoga and Self-Care Saturdays have been amazing and are always a highlight of my week when I take them! Dani is super friendly and supportive of beginners, I had never done a formal yoga class and she was super helpful throughout! Highly recommend :)

I very rarely write a review but Mota Thai Yoga definitely deserves 5 stars. I am relatively new to yoga and the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I had back surgery 10 years ago and taking yoga classes at Mota Thai has kept my pain at a minimum. The atmosphere in the studio is calming and peaceful. I can't recommend enough to someone looking to take Yoga classes in the Ann Arbor area.

This Unique studio has something for everyone (and free parking). Saturday morning yoga is always on my schedule, but they have classes every day! Most hot classes are done on your mat and towels are recommended. But there are other classes that use a set of “silk” fabric hanging from the ceiling to assist and target certain poses💪🏽 Most of all it is FUN (ex:Friday nights) and exactly where you need to be🌈
