I saw The Last Five Years with Nick Jonas here in May! The theater is super small, so you're honestly going to have a great view no matter where you sit, but I got the front row upstairs. The bar could be a bit of a distraction for some people, but it doesn't really obstruct your view once you get used to it. The only thing I really dislike is the lack of legroom. I know it's an old theater so I can't really blame them, but it was very difficult for people to get by with how tight of a space it was, and there was an older woman sitting on the opposite section at the end seat who would not get up to let people in, so people were climbing over her, which seemed really dangerous considering how low the railing is-about knee height when standing. Also, the lack of bathrooms was annoying. Each bathroom only has two stalls. I got there first so I did not have a problem, but the line quickly grew and there was nothing they could do to dissipate it because there's only one lounge space, which isn't very big. With all that said, the show was fantastic! Sound quality and lighting is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Just recently had the opportunity to attend a show (The Last Five Years) at the Hudson Theater this past week. The theater itself is gorgeous! We showed up a little before showtime and I enjoyed just looking at the beautiful architecture of the building. The ushers were really kind and helpful with guiding patrons to their seats. We sat in the back of the orchestra section and had the best view of the whole stage! (This is also the best place to sit if you’re interested in doing stage door after the show). Our seats were very comfortable and spacious. Though, they do keep the theater on the cooler side, so be sure to pack a light sweater.

We went to see "The last five years" with Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren. Overall, I personally liked the performance but found some parts a bit monotonous and periodocally boring. Maybe because it was one 1.5 hour no intermission act . The subjest is a sad divorce story. The theater itself is a beautiful old architecture venue very , very nice.

A really nice theatre. Essentially, no bad seat in the theater. The rows had plenty of space, so you could stretch your legs. Super comfortable seats. We liked this theater!!

Very nice historic theater to see a Broadway show. You can see the stage from almost everywhere with a feeling of closeness. We saw Lin-Manuel Miranda in “All About” and enjoyed the performance. Recommended venue!
