This place is a complete joke. I’ve been a loyal customer here for six months, coming in regularly, dropping money, and the staff knows exactly who I am. Today I came in for my usual vape, had a clear photo of my ID on my phone, and they flat-out denied me. Not only was it ridiculous, it was insulting - as if I’m some stranger trying to pull one over on them. If you’re going to enforce rules, at least use common sense. What’s the point of “knowing your customers” if you’re going to pretend you don’t? They’ve gladly taken my money for half a year, but the second I don’t have a plastic card in my pocket, suddenly I don’t exist. Plenty of other vape shops actually treat their customers with respect, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else before wasting time or money here. I understand they have policies and need to follow the law, but when you’ve been a consistent customer for months and they know exactly who you are, refusing service over not having the physical ID feels over the top. It’s frustrating when loyalty means nothing and common sense goes out the window
