very bloody experience. i came for a full set & pedicure. instead of doing a soak off like every other salon i’ve been to, they were quite literally prying my nails off. i left with multiple bloody fingers and it was very painful i couldn’t even continue with the service. i am worried now that i will get an infection. my nail beds are destroyed and the skin underneath the nail was cut which caused a lot of bleeding. they were not careful & cut way shorter than supposed to exposing the flesh underneath my nails. i’m not sure what they did during the pedicure because i was wincing in pain from the nail removal but something was cut with cuticle clippers causing the most bleeding. they didn’t believe they were hurting me until all the blood starting gushing out. & they kept trying to proceed with the pedicure after i told them multiple times i wanted to leave. friendly enough people but definitely not professionals. i left crying as a grown adult. these pictures are taken next day & as you can see i am still actively bleeding on my toe. i am sure many of my fingers and toes will get infected so if anyone has any advice i will gladly take it. please steer clear of this place!

The minute I walk through the door I expressed to the nail tech that I am getting married on Sunday. I needed her help to pick out a color for my manicure and at first she was reluctant but then pointed out this nice pinkish color. She kept pushing me to try to add gel pedicure and I assured her that I did not want that because it is so hard to take off. Throughout the services, the two nail techs did not address me whatsoever. Just talked amongst themselves and that was very off-putting. Once she finished one of my hands she asked me what I thought and I said the color was really light and not what the picture showed. Regardless of my comment, she continued working on my nails even though I wasn't happy with the color. I just sucked it up at this point just to get this over with and the pedicurist finished up and said wait 10 minutes. I set a timer on my phone and 5 minutes later she is putting my shoes on for me. I go up to the front to pay and the guy adds $10 for some charge on my nails that no one told me about ahead of time. I expressed this to him but he says that yes I was told about this charge. I didn't add anything to the services so I'm not sure when they told me about it. Furthermore, getting into the car taking off my shoes, I noticed that the big toe on my right foot had smudged from rushing me out and putting my shoes on before the 10 minutes was up. I would never recommend this place to anyone else and I'm completely unhappy with the services.

Got a pedicure and dip on my fingers yesterday. The lady who did my fingers painted the color I chose, in gel polish on top of the colored dip so now all of the gel polish is chipping off because they weren’t prepped for gel as that’s not what I was getting done. I have been getting dip for over 7 years and haven’t had anyone do that, they do the gel top coat but not the actual polish. They started chipping horribly on both hands same day. I paid quite a bit of money to get both services done and I am very unhappy to say the least. It was my first visit and will be my last. Should have just went to my regular spot but they couldn’t fit me in and I’m leaving for vacation.

I had the chance to take a me day. I set my appointment online for a manicure and pedicure. This was the first place I've ever been handed a waited blanket for my lap while I got my feet taken care of. Tony was my nail tech for my feet. He did great! Kim was my nail tech for my hands. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. After Kim was finished I went to Vince (nail tech) he completed my French tip nails. Vince was very helpful and careful with coloring the tips to make sure everything was even. I definitely recommend Spa-Tastic Blue Nails. I'm definitely going back. 💛
