They use to be good, very reliable. But i just ordered this pizza at 9:30 pm and it has NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER, i didn’t disclose i had any allergies to tomato sauce, this pizza is a DISGRACE to Chicago! These guys are extremely professional and I am very happy to be a customer here. Hands down the best pizza in the world! The cook here does not cook as well as the other locations so I will have to stick to the other locations. But this pizza has been around since I was a kid 60 years ago... the 71st Street location I guess they may be the best one. Italian fiesta.... 🩷BRIDGETTE and staff are simply the very best 🩷 I got home and began to eat my pizza and I will have to add that the pizza at the bottom of the crust and on the pizza board was a very black hard crusty stuff so I believe they may need to clean the oven. I called in the order. They told us an hour. I arrived an hour later for pick and waited an additional hour. So really ONE pizza took 2 whole hours. One of the girls was dismissive and plain rude 🤷🏽♀️ To top it all off they forgot the little tiny white picnic table so the cheese stuck to the FOIL they used. Very sucky. 👎🏽Overall just not worth it.

Now you guys know y’all wrong when you have over an hour to cook food…chicken and spaghetti at that. Person picked up the phone and said an hour waited over an hour just to start eating and look in the middle of the thigh, breast and wing to still be pink in the middle. Y’all wrapped that chicken up like it was suppose to be in a blanket looking all golden and the meat in the spaghetti smelled like it was cooked in leftover spoiled ground beef water 🤮…take some lessons from off 47th cause that chicken and spaghetti was horrible

This pizza was by far was the worst. Didn’t have enough sausage just not what it used to be. I wish I ordered off 47th street. The best by far in quality and service. I came in from Tx for this never again.
