I would have given it 5 stars, but one of the staff members was rude to my friend who booked the spot, and the staff did not give us a lot of directions about how to get started or how to use the locker. We standing waiting on someone to tell us what to do. One of the staff members did try to make up for our bad customer service experience toward the end of our party.

I will come here just one thing that they could do better is have a membership because it’s a hard levels are very very hard like above five so people need to come back and back if not, just a one and done so it would be five if there was a membership but overall it was amazing.
