I bought a lock last week at this shop and I took it back because it was a ripoff, I saw online the same product for half price. They did not accept the return and said the receipt says it cannot be returned. Totally ripoff because you only get the receipt after buying it. Today I decided to use the lock and it didn’t work, it is wrapped around the bike seat and I couldn’t open it. So I took my bike there hoping for help and I was offended by the store owner who told me I was trying to take advantage of them. He said I have broken it on purpose because they didn’t take it back. Seriously? Worst place ever, terrible customer service, ripoff business, owner is a horrible human being who has no respect for customers.

Sam and Allison have been very helpful! As a new rider they were very patient in answering all my questions and guiding me in what I did and didn’t need. If you just bought a bike from somewhere else, I highly recommend letting JB go over everything one time to make sure you can be at your best. My bike is completely improved after doing this. There are very few places around here where you can get bicycles repaired, so the options are limited, and they are aware of this. I have taken my bike to be repaired here three times. To be honest, I don't have much knowledge about bicycles, which is why I rely entirely on their expertise to diagnose any issues. However, after three months of not using the bike since the last repair, I realized today that the issue had not been addressed properly. I brought the bike in, thinking that, even though some time had passed (which really isn't that much), they could still offer assistance, especially considering that I am a frequent customer. I hoped that, as part of their customer service, they would acknowledge that the repair had not been done correctly. The gentleman working there, who I assume is the manager, has always been somewhat difficult to engage with and not particularly friendly. On this occasion, he treated me in a dismissive manner, questioning my honesty about not using the bike, which I found inappropriate. He asked a series of unnecessary questions that seemed designed to undermine my perspective, and I felt his behavior was not only unprofessional but borderline xenophobic, given his reaction to my accent. In the end, he forced me into a position where I felt mocked and almost coerced into writing this review. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I simply went there to see if they would take responsibility for the work they had done, as it was hard to believe I had to bring the bike in so many times in such a short period, fully trusting they would handle the repairs properly. Unfortunately, the way I was treated was far from what I expected from a business that values customer care. I would not recommend bringing your bicycle here for repairs, especially due to the poor customer service. The attitude of the gentleman who assisted me was rude and unprofessional, and his response to the situation was inappropriate.
