That alone makes it a go-to option for my regular shopping. The staff are usually friendly and quick, but the pickup process can be a bit inconsistent. The app tells you to park in a designated pickup spot, but more than once I’ve been asked to pull up to the front door instead to make it easier for them to bring out the order. It’s not a major issue, but clearer and more consistent instructions would help. Overall, it’s a solid service with great value, especially for those trying to save time and money.

Im in a like/dislike relationship with this JewelOsco. Postives: open until midnight. Cheaper than the overpriced south loop corner stores, reward points, walking distance from my apartment, fresh fruit cups made daily, wheatgrass ready to juice. Negatives: meats/poultry are usually overpriced, not a large variety of seafood items, 2 cheap yellow tail 🍷 wine options, but overall the store is clean, staff is friendly and security is laid back. I will continue to do business with Jewel-Osco, been a customer since 99' 😎 and yes I did buy the cheap 🍷 at midnight 🤣😅

Jewel-Osco is my go to grocery place for weekly groceries. This location has a liquor section upstairs, though the elevator to access it is often out. The prices are decent but definitely try to shop the ads otherwise the price effectiveness isn't great. The bakery section is nice. The produce is usually quite fresh. There are usually people panhandling outside, and the accessibility from the Roosevelt station isn't the greatest.

Horrible customer service, especially the "security" on the night of 08/03/25. My wife wanted to use the bathroom but was told it was closed by the "security" guy only to watch 1 people come out. Asked the cashier if someone could open the bathroom but was told it was closed because "too many people were stealing". Asked the cashier for a manager she refused. Asked the "security" guy now standing outside what the managers name was and his response was "we have many (sarcasticly). So I asked him to just give me I one name. He ahoutwa it at me where I had to ask him to repeat it twice
