Going to miss this place. Great staff. Great selection. Great location. This is my second time losing my local Joann, and it will leave a craft store-sized hole in my heart. For those that don’t know/only started visiting recently, Joann filed for bankruptcy in early 2025. The PE firm that owned Joann could not find a buyer that would maintain operations so they went to liquidation, hence the crowds people saw in February and March as people panic bought materials. Please be kind to the staff as they’re going through a very difficult time between the crowds, vultures, and impending unemployment. For those who love their in house yarns, Big Twist will continue at Herrschner’s. I don’t have information on other Joann brands. As of today there’s still a lot of fabric in stock and some yarn left. I grabbed a few skeins to make a Joann green snood. Will miss the store and the crafty community it fostered.
