I was in town for a day and had been to Harmon’s once before so I decided to return and try a burger this time. The staff member who greeted me was very friendly and made good suggestions on what to order. I ordered the Cheeseburger with egg. I’d be curious to know the blend percentage of wagyu and choice beef. The burger was moist and delicious and the bun was toasted crispy. Unfortunately, the seating area and toppings/sauce bar area were a mess. They had not been maintained well. It was worse than many fast food restaurants. It was a stark contrast to the aesthetic of their grocery store area. For that reason, I doubt that I’ll return.

Pros: simple, seasoned well, healthy for a burger, cooked in tallow, offer lettuce wraps, has a bar for toppings, veggies and sauce. Different flavored aiolis! Cons: fries were not soggy but ever so slightly to be fair they’re cooked in tallow so perhaps that’s why it has the texture. Would come back. I love that it’s located on the second floor of harmons and it great to view the grocery shopping floor.
