The most gorgeous workout studio I have ever been to. This was my first time doing lagree and as a beginner the instructors were very welcoming and helpful towards my form. Definitely a no-judge zone, and they allow you to take pictures/videos along with free post refreshments after the workout. I've been going for a little more than 2 weeks and I can definitely see a difference in my body along with my mental health. This place is an 11/10.

I highly recommend Bianca & Zeze’s classes. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable, and I always find myself having a lot of pressure in my lower back when it comes to planks, which is much improved with the help of their guidance. The front desk was very welcoming, and the studio overall is so new and clean.

I love this studio (so much that I have driven 25+ minutes during morning rush for Anna's classes). I have been doing Lagree on and off, but now that I'm in the Bay this is my home studio. The instructors are amazing and I always get good body shakes after working out. I've also noticed they host themed workouts from time to time and lots of events which keep them fun to attend. This is also by far the most aesthetic studio I've been to. What's nice is this studio has mirrors at both the front and back of each machine, so I can really make sure my form is correct. This is also one of the few studios I've been to that I have seen male students at more than once lol. Love the positive vibes and the inclusivity (have seen all body types welcomed here).

My girlfriend has been coming to this studio for a little over a month now and finally convinced me to take a class with her. I’ll tell you, it was both the hardest and most challenging workout because it focused on areas of the body I don’t usually focus on. I’ll definitely be back to work on it further. The space is really nice and from what I can tell the instructors are amazing, for my first time I got a lot of help with my form.

What’s not to admire about this studio and the incredible Michelle Dionisio?! To be honest, I had never taken a Lagree class before—honestly, I was intimidated and didn’t think it was for me. But Michelle completely changed that perspective. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and supported. I let her know I was pregnant, new to working out on machines, and had zero Lagree experience—and let me tell you, Michelle understood the assignment from start to finish. She went above and beyond during class to provide modifications that felt both safe and effective. I left feeling stronger, empowered, and honestly… like I got a non-invasive BBL! MA’AM!! Somebody hand this woman her flowers—she deserves every bouquet. After my first class with Michelle, I immediately signed up for two more—and I know I’m just getting started. On top of that, the studio itself is stunning: clean, inviting, and radiating with a sense of community and women empowerment that I absolutely live for. Michelle, thank you for making Lagree not just approachable, but empowering. Can’t wait to keep showing up!
