04/23 Sales staff were nice and helped me find a pwc in my budget. They said it went through there inspection any everything was good. Sales guy said they put in a new battery and changed the oil and filter. I payed m cash but they made me wait 2 hours to sign the paperwork. After 2 hours and they were getting close to closing a manger came over and took care of the paperwork. She did apologize. But I feel they could have done this in the first place and not made me wait so long. Got home and found the lcd screen is all burned out. So much for went through everything. I haven’t started it yet or checked if the battery was actually replaced. 04/24 Today I tried to start the PWC but it would not start. Checked the battery and it was dead. So they did not replace the battery as they said. And they obviously did not start it to test the motor. The oil isn’t black but doesn’t look new either. Called and talked with sales they sent me to service. They said they would replace the battery but would have to talk to the GM about the burned out display. It has been several hours and they have not called me back yet. I will keep this post updated with any future results. 04/25 The manager called me yesterday and was very nice and said they would replace the display and battery. I dropped off the seadoo today. They said they would call me when they know a time frame to getting it fixed. Shop called back same day and said they replaced the battery but had to order the display, said I can come pick it up and they will let me k ow when the display gets in. 4/26 picked up the 2017 seadoo GTI 130. 5/2 Took the seadoo to the lake today with the display not fixed yet. It started ok but didn’t seem to idle very smooth. The top speed is listed as around 54mph for this model. When holding this full throttle it only gets to 30mph. Not sure if this a mode or key restriction that can be fixed or an engine issue. Got home and pulled the spark plugs and they look rusty. Will contact dealer and give update. Long story short. Dealership took back this waverunner and gave me a good deal on a new 2024 Kawasaki stx 160. They were good with making sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Though it was a long drawn out process (due to our bank not them) my husband got his dream bike from here yesterday. We ordered it a little over a month ago and it came in this week. Barrett was so entirely nice and i felt bad because he had so many things on his plate at the time but he was very helpful and polite. Evan was our finance guy and he was awesome as well! Then when my husbajd was getting the bike the guy handing it off to him was very knowledgeable and gave my husband the refresher of how to ease it in to make sure not to cause issues. Definitely highly recommend this place and the amazing people in it. Knowledgeable, polite, helpful and just all around great group of people. Thank you!
