We have a coffee bar at work, and for a while have been buying coffee syrups at other stores that don’t have nearly the same variety of flavors. I was blown away by all the syrups that Chef’store has. Beyond that, they have fantastic customer service and a large parking lot which made the trip very convenient. Their prices are comparable to other stores and with the large variety they have here, this will be the only place we shop for syrups every month. Thanks again!

I really like chef store and will continue to shop there. However my most recent visit deserves a PSA. I had a pickup order at the store which I always prefer since it is an hour drive for me to go there. When I arrived they let me know that one of the items on my order is not normally carried in the store and they would need to do a special order to get it for me. They also let me know that I would need to order a full case of the product which I accepted since it was something that I wanted. The worker let me know the item would arrive on the next truck in 3 days which was fine with me I was willing to make another trip. Unfortunately the item didn't arrive for 8 days which they did call to let me know when it had arrived. What I did not expect was the change in price. The item was not on sale when I originally placed my pickup order and the worker told me it would be the same price when we placed the order. When I went in to pick it up I was told that the price had increased by about 15% and they did not care what I was told before, if I wanted the product I needed to pay the higher price. Since I didn't feel like wasting a 1 hour trip I paid the higher price and left. I wont do special orders in the future.
