I hadn't been to Keene Studios before and was pleasantly surprised when I visited recently for a business photo! Their facility is beautifully set up, with a nice dressing area to change outfits and touch up hair and makeup. The photo shoot area is very airy, lively and fun. The environment made the experience so much more enjoyable than other photo shoots I've been to. The best part of all was Ed. He was so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived to the time I left. He made me feel comfortable, was very engaging and fun throughout the session. It was an added bonus that we were able to look at the shots during the session to pick the best one. With other photographers, I've had to wait to see the proofs days/weeks after the shoot. Every time I get my photo taken I have the same anxious thought; "what if my smile doesn't look real?" Ed made all of this anxiety go away as he made me so comfortable and even made me laugh while taking my photo! I genuinely always think walking into a photo studio "I hope they make me laugh or something" and Ed did exactly that! There was an area to freshen up in that had all kinds of supplies like hair product, a lint roller, and more which made me extra confident before getting my headshot taken. Ed was nice enough to let me do a second round of photos for no extra charge, and showed me the photos side by side and sat with me to look at them until we found the perfect shot. In the past, getting my headshot taken with other photographers has often been rushed, and I've only been given two-three options to choose my photo from. I didn't feel rushed at all as Ed took his time with me and cared that I looked great in my photo just as much as I did! I will definitely be coming back to Ed for any future professional photography needs and would highly recommend Keene studio to anyone who asked about photos! This is the happiest I've been getting a photo taken. A++++++++ :)
