I went here yesterday for a pedicure and it was great. I came back today for a gel manicure and had a terrible experience. I asked for gel french tips and picked out a green color. First off the nail lady didn’t introduce herself so I don’t even know her name. Second, when she was trimming my cuticles, she cut me 3 times and made me bleed without apologizing. The she filed my nails all unequal and when doing the French tips, made a complete mess. Looking at my nails now (pics attached) they are uneven, messy and all together look awful. I really wanted to like this place as they did a good job with my pedicure and are close to my house, but today unfortunately wasn’t great at all. I felt uncomfortable saying anything when I was checking out as the place is very quiet and I didn’t want other customers to hear. I paid $60 for this manicure and I am extremely upset about it and wish I had gotten a refund when I checked out. **I was able to speak with the owner and get things cleared up. He apologized and I agreed to try again with a different nail tech and hope to have a better experience!

Convenient location, beautifully appointed space, and efficient check-in and check out process. I had a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was great. Seven days later, my toes still look great. My manicure was problematic. She cut my cuticles too deep. My fingernails stung as I washed them in their basin. My nails looked a mess after just two days. After four days, my disappointment multiplied.

My pedicure is good but very poor gel manicure experience. My gel started to lift within a few days because it was painted onto my cuticle. I should’ve called then but I didn’t. It’s since started to chip and completely lift off my nail. It’s only been a week and a half. I called today and was told too bad basically. Don’t waste your money. My gel manicures typically last 3-4 weeks and that’s just because of outgrowth, not chipping or lifting. Also when I went, some people were offered drinks and some were not. I was bold and just asked because it was Mother’s Day, but not sure what their method is for drinks and who gets offered va who doesn’t. Bummed I wasted my money here, I hardly ever get manicures anymore and now I’m reminded why.

I know I shouldn’t advertise this but as a regular, I try to always be timely and give enough buffer before the shop closes. This time… I was not great at time management yet the nail techs stayed 45 min after closing to finish my manicure/pedicure. Much love for this team. Am I a returning customer?
