I visited your salon this past Sunday for a manicure and pedicure. My husband joined me for a pedicure as well. We were both seated next to each other and began our pedicures at the same time. While both nail techs started together, mine seemed rushed from the beginning. Typically, with any manicure or pedicure, I expect a thorough service—cuticles pushed back, nails properly shaped, and any dry skin addressed. Unfortunately, my pedicure felt very incomplete. My nail tech quickly trimmed my toenails, removed a small amount of dry skin around my big toes, did a brief foot scrub, and was done within 15 minutes. There was no attention to the cuticles or detail work. I felt uncomfortable asking her to redo anything, so I let it go and moved on to the manicure. That part lasted just 10 minutes and consisted only of trimming my nails and adding cuticle oil. I politely asked if she could push back and trim my cuticles—the main reason I had booked the service—but she appeared visibly annoyed. She did it roughly, without using any cuticle softener, and hurried through the rest. Meanwhile, my husband's pedicure continued long after I had finished both of my services. In total, his pedicure lasted about 40 minutes, while mine—both manicure and pedicure—took just a little over 25 minutes combined. I paid for both of our services at the front, but I left feeling disappointed and shortchanged by the quality and attention to detail in my service. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the experience for future clients.

Sara did a fantastic job with my manicure and pedicure. She was gentle with my feet that are very sensitive. And I asked for her to put a design as an accent nail and to do whatever she wanted. She kept it simple and elegant. I love this place in general but her service was fast and amazing!
