Attended the Mind Body Spirit Expo here which is a yearly event. $12 gets you in for both days. Large variety of vendors selling products that promote physical and spiritual well being. Expo offers free one hour classes that go on all day for both days. In class a vendor explains their product or service and gives you a demonstration. Vendors offer a variety of options such as crystals, jewelry, healings, readings, all natural healing and skin care products. Plenty of parking and friendly atmosphere. They also have a food counter inside serving quick food and drinks.

Been here for a ton of events over 30 years. Typical agricultural warehouse building, but climate controlled and convertible for a variety of events from home and boat shows to rallies and expos. Oh, and fair or exhibitions, too. Very multipurpose and easily accessible in the Raleigh metro.

This is a pretty cool part of the North Carolina State fair, as this building is home to many prize-winning art displays, as well as various different booths with unique products and services, including some from the state government, that you won't find anywhere else at the fair! I even met the elevator lady (Former NCDOL Commissioner Cherie Berry) here in 2019!
