Terrible experience with Kia. I’ve had to replace the gas cap three times this year alone, and even though the parts were under warranty, Kia refuses to refund the money. I went to the dealership with all receipts and documents, and still, no one helped me or solved the problem. I’ve had this car for just 3 years and I already have a long list of issues and defects. No one at Kia takes responsibility or offers real support. The customer service is absolutely awful unprepared, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful to the customer. Worst automaker I’ve ever dealt with. I deeply regret buying a Kia.
