Employees not super helpful. Also they don't have carts so expect to carry around you non mobile kids in your arms while you try and look for what you need. This review is for the SLC location. The Layton location is by far the best.

While I am a big fan of this idea and they have cute items at good prices their hours and system for bringing items to buy feels like a constantly moving target. I.e. their website says the buying hours go until 7pm. I show up and the door says 6. I went inside to ask and bring the website hours to their attention and got a shrug off and a "we stop taking items to buy at 6:30" - so imagine my frustration showing up at 20 minutes before the time stated on the website only to be told I'm actually to late. Either fix your website and door, or honor what you put out there.
