Mr. Cole, I have multiple issues to address over the three weeks my son attended your camp. He tells me that many of these instances occurred between you and him. First, on Day One of the Camp, he was told that many of his problems in Tennis would be improved if he were to have a better racket, and that if he were to "join the Club" he would receive a free racket. We are always open to suggestions, so we took this information to his Tennis Coach. He was curious about what Club was being talked about. He then went on to tell us that the main thingshe needs to work on is more fundamental in nature, and that while a better racket would help, the racket he currently uses would be perfectly fine. I'm not going to fully conjecture here, but I bet someone was trying to get him to spend a lot of money on joining a club with the benefit of getting a $300 racket for free. We then told him that if it comes up again, to tell the person what his Coach told us. The following week,he returned to your Tennis Camp. He was then told again that if he had a better racket, he would do better. My son went on and informed the person what we told him to say. The response he got back was, "well, your fundamentals would be better if you had a better racket." The racket we purchased for him, while it may not be a $300 racket, was not a cheap racket. However, he has won multiple tournaments with the racket he has. We then decided that we would restring his current rackets with different style strings to give him the little boost he was looking for, with consultation from his Coach. The final week he attended, he went to the afternoon session. He was excited to attend the afternoon session because he heard that he would get to play matches finally. When he arrived, he was told that since he wasn't in the morning session, he would work on drills and fundamentals. However, he was the only one that didn't get to play matches. Finally, and this issue completely appalls me. We took his rackets that evening to get restrung, but would not be able to get them back until the following afternoon. So we sent him to Camp with my Wife's racket, not as expensive as the one that he was currently using, but still one of the higher priced rackets. This day was his final day. He was told again, by you, that this racket was worse than any of the other rackets he had been using. He then attempted to explain to you that his rackets were being restrung. Now, I don't know how much time passed between this and what happened next, but then you either took his racket, or one similar to it that you already had at the shop, and called everyone over to you and asked them, "which one of these rackets is more expensive?" How dare you single a person out in front of everyone! Completely belittling my son and his equipment to try and prove a point! Is this the way you run an organization? The fact that not one of your employees spoke up when you were obviously bullying my son, speaks volumes for the integrity of your organization. If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!!

First and Last visit. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful and the facility was well kept and very clean. We had an issue with trespassers so I highly highly recommend not to visit this location after the sun sets or during the summer because you may get unwanted people in your area. They should also have cameras all over the courts and a cop on duty so no one has to go through what my family and I went through.
