Super amazing staff!. Staff is always kind, courteous, and always helpful!. Front end staff are very knowledgeable and eager to give the best experience to customers possible. It is a shame though to see so many hardworking people being berated and abused by rude entitled customers that resort to profanity, racism, further verbal abuse and threats when they simply don’t get their way! Or as simple as getting an answer they don’t like! (Exp- the store hours, no public restroom, closures of certain amenities due to staffing) A lot of the staff here are younger employees yet are more hardworking than most people double or even triple their age.

Waste my time, get a low rating. The baggage video panicked because my wife started taking things out of the baggage area while I was in the process of paying. It took 45 seconds or whatever for the attendant to come over and reset it. I had no problem with the attendant, I have a BIG problem with the machine. Safeway and Walmart stopped doing the baggage area nonsense around the time Colorado banned bags. Time for the Colorado business of King Soopers to do the same.

My brother-in-law was buying some beer and groceries. Cashier wanted to see I'd from all 4 persons in the group ages 62-75. Really? I get not selling to minors, but all in this senior group.

Maybe do your shelf stocking at night time when you’re closed like how other stores do it. Tried to shop for Instacart here and had a horrible time because most things were out of stock because they hadn’t been stocked yet or the aisles blocked by people stocking the shelf’s. You would think the store would be ready for customers when you open up in the morning. Also, maybe clean the produce shelves at night as well. Super huge inconvenience you are causing all of your customers.

The reason of my rating is because they didn't allow me to use the restroom, even though I was going to shop there, but I decided not to shop because of it... I drive for a living and many times I am away from home and I have to use the restroom... Constantly in the city of Boulder this is an issue. I hope the people who put this rules don't ever have to use the restroom out of their homes...
