They provided a fabulous service!!! Although it was a last minute booking, they answered us quickly and we were on our charter within 2 hours.. The Captain was friendly. He was knowledgeable about the whole area and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Honestly it was the best experience of our trip to Miami. We took the boat tour at sunset time and got to experience a beautiful sunset view. Definitely recommend you doing this at sunset time. Definitely be recommending this service to my friends. We booked a 4 hour boat ride last minute on our last day in Miami, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip! The price was very reasonable and the owner made the booking process so easy! Super unprofessional, broken yacht, stole our money and now doesn't answer our my calls. On June 15th, we booked a yacht with Kutay Satiroglu, the owner. He asked us to zelle $2000. He tried to change the time when we were already on the way, and then met us there 30mins late. When we got there the yacht was broken, we waited around 3 hours as he scrambled and made different excuses that it was out of gas and would be fixed in 10-15 mins over and over. After 3 hours we asked for him to zelle us back our money and let us go home. He refused and said we had to wait 1 month for a check, I asked him several times to return it in the same payment method which was zelle. When the month had passed on July 15th he made excuses about why he couldn't come with the check and return the money, now he has blocked my number and wont respond to my requests. He has stolen our money and never provided the yacht experience as agreed. Total scammer, don't trust this guy!
