I have made a reservation for my son’s 6 memorial for 40 guest on June 15 cause my son was murdered .I had to call Bless back and to inform him that I needed a smaller boat do to People not having the correct real id to get to Miami and my reservation is a month away . Bless didn’t even offer to get a smaller boat for me. Told me I have to talk to the captain but he sent me to another company to pay double my money . This is very unprofessional of how they treat their patrons. So I lose out on my $ 2000 dollars. I will never have business with them again. They’re robbing people and I will report them to bbb.
