I loved the idea of common space, like a food court, but it’s cozy and stylish so it doesn’t give you that feeling. Clean, which for me is an important factor… Very useful when you and your friends have different craving. They have Indian food (Cumin Club), Japanese (Shinobi) and Hawaiian meats (Hawaiian Bros), coffee (Peet’s). In the middle there is a bar where you can order drinks. I tried the Japanese restaurant and I liked it (separate review on their location)

We went there to get dinner from Hawaiian Bros. and everyone was great. But Pierre went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. He remembered our name, made sure our table was clean and ready to go and it was clear that hospitality was second nature to him. Kudos to Kitchen United Mix for having folks like Pierre on your team!

My visit was a failure. Speed, for a food court downtown during lunch hour, is crucial. Especially when restaurants aren’t particularly busy. Waiting 55 minutes for an order from Hawaiian Bros is simply unacceptable. Food quality wasn’t up to par either. Long wait + tummy ache in the office = failure. I’ve had delivery nightmares from both this location and the one on Sedgwick. Nice concept, but inadequate service and execution will steer my business elsewhere going forward.

This place is so poorly ran and nonsensical. I would like to make it clear that this review is unrelated to the food/vendors and is exclusively about the operations of the facility. I ordered online to get my food at 8:30am and the place was open based on the facility website. When I got there, all the doors were locked. I had to knock until a very nice woman left me in to pick up my burrito. Why do I have to go on a scavenger hunt for a burrito I paid for, that was supposed to be open? This place also has disorganized, confusing, and long wait times when the doors are open. I wish it was ran better because the vendors really suffer for the inefficiency of the facility operations.
