Beautiful view of the city at night! Any time we have guests in town we take them here after sunset to get a look at the city lights shining in the distance and reflecting off the water! During the summer you also get boats driving through the lake in front of you, playing music and it’s a lot of fun. Great day spot, great picnic spot, super charming area! There’s the grassy hill that is comfy to sit on, as well as a cement area at the very top to stand and stay clean even on a rainy day.

Great view! Fun to watch the boats and planes and clouds and people. Good for spectacular photos of city skyline. Accessible by short paved trail from parking lot. Terrific for kids (or kids at heart) to run up and down and around. Often windy!

A beautiful hill that has a paved walkway that winds up to the top where you can see a gorgeous sundial and have beautiful views of Seattle. It was a bit disheartening to see parents allowing their young children to chase and terrorize the flock of poor geese that were grazing on the hill. Please don’t allow your children to do this.
