Spacious area that extends to beach. Few areas with shade. The small covered area gets crowded to escape the sun. Bring your hat and sunscreen. Dog clean up hoses. Benches throughout. There are dog walkers who come here with 10 dogs or more, they cannot have control over- beware. Last visit, one woman had 12 dogs she was wrangling out of car. She brought a few inside, left them unattended and went back to car to get other dogs. The beach area is great.

The lake portion for the dogs is small, but enough for lots of fun. The best small dog park in all of Seattle (in my opinion)! I always meet such friendly people here, and everyone is very respectful to only bring their small and/or shy pups to this area. I've never seen a dog in this area that has made any of the other pups uncomfortable (except maybe zooming super fast, but hey that's what it's for!). There's a great two gate entry system and there tends to always be water available.
